Management Program

The management program is divided into 2 clear functions:

Part 1 – monitoring and response.

The identified actions in the monitoring and response program need to be implemented to ensure that all recovery risks are known, and quantified, and response actions are implemented, recorded and assessed.

Guidelines for establishing monitoring systems are also included.

Part 2 – data collection, analysis and review

It is imperative that data be collected both for the monitoring and assessment programs, and for the response activities. It is this data that qualifies the need for works, assists in the planning of works (scaled response), and assessment both short term and long term of the response actions.

To ensure accurate and adequate data is captured the following data collection methods are to be implemented

Threat and action management information is represented on the Tona threat map
