THE VISION

 

To build the skills and confidence of women in agriculture, fisheries and forestry industries to better enable them to participate in leadership roles at the local, regional and national level.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

The objective of the project is to:

· equip women to contribute to regional decision making and to participate in leadership roles in the rural sector.

· develop a network of women able to provide on going support and the sharing of information to each other.

· ensure the sustainability of Leadership capacity in the region.
